P2P平台的利益之争:高息与降息【刨根问底】

首先为了避免有些人的攻击，先说什么选择高息。
详细请看碧水凉夏的2013网贷投资回顾。因为现在网贷仍然属于发展初期，抢占先机的平台众多，而敢投P2P的资金并不算巨大，为了吸引投资人，分给的利润高。随着监管慢慢到来，到时候高息平台比例会下降，可分散的选择少。高息平台的来源，一是看当地民间借贷利率，二是实力型的新开平台。这个只是捎带说一下，详细看碧水理论。下面才是想谈的重点：降息。

平台、运营与投资人
平台方的任何人跟投资人永远不会一条心，完全是利益对立的，或者说利益跷跷板。同一个地域的民间借贷利率都是差不多的，你分到的利息多，平台就少；平台想多赚点，就要想各种借口降息。平台赚多了也会给员工客服发年终奖节日奖，你给不了客服工作和工资。

老板来开平台不是做善堂的，在有了群众基础后，肯定会走降息路，不用投资人为了老板赚钱少而吃喝不宁。偶尔见群里有人让平台快点降息，美其名曰安全发展，让利润覆盖坏账。这些人搜索聊天记录大多都是些长期潜水的号，少部分投资人也是脑筋不灵光。一个人投资P2P平台看什么：透明，标的真实性，风控的安全性-包括信用类的流水征信和负债率，担保类的担保函，抵押类的抵押率和变现能力，再加个老板的实力。你投资网贷会先算老板从这里面赚了多少钱够不够覆盖风控不严催收不力带来的坏账么，那风险准备金是摆设？目光那么准，你去做风投炒股票好了。

平台方，是随时准备着把利益最大化的，举几个例子：


1.中汇蚂蚁，年前1月底在群里说，稳定降息，用“6个月”降低到三月2分5稳定住。而转过年来就变成了“6月份”2分5。结果刚进4月，迫不及待的变成了2分5。
2.金豪利，线下信用贷6分-8分。因为鼻屎的质疑，初期人气不高，每月的降息都是千2千1极小幅度。年底还因为资金流入少，1个半月不降息。年后借资金回流潮，居然每月降息2次，把一个高利贷信用平台降到了3月2分8。
3.大牛，资深投资人+考察人，打新+高息爱好者，踩雷后不放弃自己的高息路，继续考察投资高息。并在**群展示自己的线下放贷收款短信，借给别人合年化60%多。我满眼星星，就在要抱大腿的时候，人家开平台了，2分。瞬间变脸，各种宣传2分以上的“不理解”，不安全。囧。
4.你以为大牛这就算代表了，还有一位高大上：NB哥。运营易通贷时候，高息+组团，长期3月4分，因为组团还跟人对喷被封论坛号。宣传高息也安全，高息也牛B。当从易通出来单干后，高息平台变成了都是骗子，不可能存活，只有1分的才是最安全最好的。怎么会这样了呢，因为人家开的是1分平台。
这样的例子太多了，老平台也是这样，一年没怎么降息的平台，就因为年后资金多一些不断降息。每个公司开网贷平台都是来赚钱的，随时想着怎么多收获些利益，投资人还需要操心法人怎么降息蚕食投资人自己的利益么。

如果你在的群有人喊着降息，给你俩办法：
1.左转陆金所右转开鑫贷，俩国家队，利息够低够安全，直接小窗给他连接，让他安全的趴着去。
2.@运营，让运营给他约个12%的标，够低够安全，把奖励高的标让出来给大家投。

降息
降息分为温水煮青蛙的平稳降息，和大步降息。大步降息需要投资人的高度认可和高粘连度，后台分析续投差异化。根据13年的数据，频繁降息容易引起资金流出，都需要2个月左右的稳定。除去之家评级榜这些间接广告平台，降息降死的有之，降的半死不活的更多。据统计平台已有近2000家，而活跃平台350家。

厚脸皮的实力小的低息新平台
新平台，要是背靠个集团或者老牌线下小贷公司，给低息认了，人家有数只业务团队，专业风控，理财顾问，人吃马嚼的成本高，实力雄厚。有的新平台注册资本三五百万就开业，风控业务审核满打满算都不够10号人，给个18%年利率，标还是信用的，有抵押标也没有他项或者买卖协议。这种新开低息平台还敢跟老平台比，说什么平稳发展。你没有数量基础，投资人粘性不够，发展个P。营销都不舍得投入，全靠客服拉人，还玩什么互联网金融，回家做生态养殖好不咯？看看团贷的神营销，同样500W起步，6分月息开门，第一个月仅奖励就亏损170W，人家凝聚了多少投资人，做到了什么程度。

不论高低息，对所有投资人的唯一忠告
投资平台要精细选择，你的钱会转到一个陌生人的账户。不要拿平台当老婆，你是来投资赚钱的，不是来调情的，有问题要随时提出。平台更不是你爹娘祖宗，不用你给平台看门。别的投资人有疑问的时候，请让客服回答，他们才是公司员工。客服不在的时候可以帮忙解答，不要攻击新投资人，新人因为更谨慎，或许会发现隐藏的问题。投资网贷比投资股票要小心，千万不要屁股决定脑袋。不要集中两三家，甚至全仓一家。不认同碧水的高息+精选+分散，至少也要精选+分散。

最后，我投入网贷的原因
民间借贷，中西方自古就有。中国追溯至齐国的就有放利钱记录，而欧洲更是国王借高利贷挥霍。有经济活动，就会有负债发展。借助互联网，P2P,P2C都会长远发展。我十分认可碧水的十年网贷，虽然不知道那时候还有没高息平台存在。但是那时候的网贷一定会很普遍繁荣。
